The Alchemy of the Feminine is an experiential workshop in which women gather together in order to let the wisdom of the feminine unfold and empower us. Focusing on women ages 40 and up.

The Process

As winter softens into spring, we invite you to join us for an afternoon of movement, meditation, and creative expression, We'll work with the awakening energies of spring to discover our own capacities for transformation and growth.

What to Expect:

• Engage in embodied practices that awaken our connection to spring's energy

• Explore feminine wisdom through seasonal rituals and creative expression

• Work with powerful tools for restoration and renewal

• Build resilience through community and shared wisdom

• Access deep resources for grounding, transformation and growth

Our June Workshop is $150.

The fee includes nutritious refreshments and all workshop materials.

What to bring:

Comfy clothing you can move in.

Yoga mat.

Blanket (recommended) or floor chair (https://a.co/d/6aX1q9x)

Journal (If you prefer to use your own. Otherwise, we will have a journal for you.)

Water bottle

Snacks if you have specific allergies

No street shoes allowed in the dance studio. Please wear socks or bare feet and if you have indoor sneakers only, you can wear them. The studio has a nice sprung floor!
